Improved Account Linking – FastLink 

The new linking process uses FastLink technology which allows linking using the updated Open Banking protocols. Open Banking allows for more stable and secure connections that solve many of the frustrations with the old way of linking accounts (such as having to reconnect broken links). FastLink is available for all institutions, whether they have adopted Open Banking yet or not. 

Performance Improvements – Budget vs Actual Report

In this release, we have made an improvement to the way the Budget vs Actual report is generated. This has reduced the time it takes to generate and download a Budget vs Actual report from several minutes (in some cases) to a couple of seconds. As we continue to focus on optimization of the software, there will be more improvements to overall speed and performance to come in future releases.

Other Fixes and Enhancements

A list of other fixes and enhancements that have also been included in the latest software release are included below – if you would like more detail on any of these, please get in touch with MoneyCoach Support or your Account Manager:

• Enhancement: Coaches/Advisors are in full control of their clients' custom categories. Clients can no longer create subcategories.
• Enhancement: Admins for business level accounts can now delete advisors from their account. 
• Update to US terminology: Changed “fortnightly” to “biweekly” in alert settings: unbudgeted transactions
• Bug: Fixed a minor issue where the balances entered for manual accounts on a selected date, would not be being reflected in the Net Worth and Account Balance reports until the day after the date selected.
